- Well of course, My name is Tobias Lutke and I’m the founder and CEO of the website, Shopify which allows small businesses to start, grow, and manage their businesses with ease thanks to our simple interface and ui allowing efficient management without hassle.

- Wow that is a great question. Well as technology progresses, I believe that utilizing it into day-to-day business will become a necessity instead of just an advantage. From my experience, I can say that starting a small business was hard before the internet was common which is why I started my website. Nowadays, small businesses are easily able to get word around about their business which is accessible to millions of people instead of just the local populace. Furthermore, technology increases ease for consumers who can now buy things from home. This is why online only companies like Amazon are so successful nowadays. As more technological innovations are made, this ease will only increase to the mutual benefit of the consumers and the businesses.

- Already innovations like automatic cashiers and artificial technology are beginning to implement their way into the business world and increase general efficiency. Furthermore, technology adds a layer of professionalism which builds trust in consumers which is why an American study found 84% consumers are more like to trust companies with websites which is why 64% of successful American small businesses have a website. In the future, I believe technological innovation will turn technological implementation in business a necessity especially as more places begin to urbanize and develop creating new markets and room for opportunity. Its hard to tell exactly how much the trend in technological innovation will impact business but I can say that companies need to implement tech into their business to help them expand their market and capital and keep up with the ongoing trend of technological innovation in bsuoness.
