- - This is significant because Marji and her classmates were required to wear the veil. This impacts her life because it makes her want to become a prophet. If this would have never happened her life would have been shaped a little different and maybe she wouldnt have wanted to be a prophet.
- - This is significant to my life because much like marji with the veil, I did not want to wear the uniform- This impacted my life because it was the first time I was required to wear a uniform and I had to overcome that adversity.- I am not really sure how my life would be different if I did not wear a uniform but I guess I could say it somewhat helped me fight through adversity.
- -Marji getting caught smoking by her mom is significant because it symbolizes her wanting to be an adult. This impacted her life because this is when she kissed childhood goodbye. i feel like if she did not smoke the cigarette her life would be the same, because she had already been seeing war and death at a young age and that would make anyone grow up fast.
