- On Christmas Eve George Washingtons troops were starving. George Washington led them across the delaware river, running into the patriots. This victory made it so that they coulf keep fighting the war. This is a desisive win because they killed 900 and only lost 5.
- This was an embarrassing loss for the Patriots, because General Gates thought he had twice as many troops then he actually did. There was an incredible amount of his troops were sick, over half of them had dysentery. Again this was a very embarrassing war because the patriots went in with 4100 soldiers and only 700 came out alive and ready to retreat.
- This was a very bloody war that the Patriots won. The patriots from both Virginia and North Carolina joined forces at kings mountain and because they were combined it was an easy victory. They joined forces where the British led their troops to have the attack there. Some of the British tried to surrender but because of the past in the Carolina the bitter patriots slaughtered all the British.
