It is situational irony because we know later in the story that Fortunato gets tricked by Montresor when he is in a jesters costume, So Edgar Allan Poe did foreshadow what would happen later in the story.
My friend you look amazing
Dramatic Irony
YES I WILL TASTE IT, THERE'S NO WAY YOU HAVE AMARILLITO, THERE'S NO WAY ITS REAL!
It is Dramatic Irony because we know that Fortunato is going to be killed when going down their so when Montresor says for him to taste the Amontillado. Us as the reader actually know hes going to die while down their drunk and not knowing whats happening.
Can you taste test my amarillo to know if its real, its down in the cask in the catacombs?
Verbal Irony
Its verbal irony because he is being sarcastic he is making fun of Fortunato for the final time he is mocking him as he slowing puts the wall up. He is being sarcastic he doesn't actually mean for the love of god he again is just mocking Fortunato in his final minutes or hours
