- LET MY CHILD GO, YOU MOTHER F**KERS!!
- The guards start to take River away and are very aggressive with them. Their father tried to resist River's arrest and even cursed at the guards. Ross was standing near the stairs mortified. He wanted to say something but the shock and fear took over him and nothing came out. The guards warned their father that things would get a lot worse if he didn't stop. They took River away, leaving Ross and Dad behind.
- Dad was heartbroken that his child got taken away and broke down in sobs. Ross didn't have any words. He sat in silence as he comforted his dad. Then, he came up with an idea to talk to Heckenberg about letting River go. They both knew how risky it was, but they figured it was something they had to do for their family. So they did...
- The guards allowed Dad and Ross to meet with Heckenberg about River. They asked him why he arrested River when they should be able to express their opinions, but Heckenberg made it clear that they knew the rules about violating the regime and that he was doing the right thing. This is what River deserved and they should accept it.
- Heckenberg tells both of them that he had a meeting with his team before they came to decide River's fate. They decided that they were going to execute them. Ross immediately stood up and shouted at Heckenberg about how unfair that was and how much of a traitor he is. Heckenberg threatened to kill him too if he didn't stop. A guard took him away as his dad sat in shock. Not only at the news but also Ross' reaction since he's always kept in his feelings.
- River has been sitting in a jail sail for a couple of weeks with very little food and sleep. They were already weak, physically and emotionally. They knew that they were going to be executed and thinking of that kept them up at night. After the two weeks, a guard came to the cell telling River that the time has come. They were executed.
- After River's execution, Dad has a panic attack remembering this exact thing happened to his wife. Ross found River's journal in their room and read through it to try to cope. While it felt good to read his sibling's journal but it was really heartbreaking at the same time. Heckenberg is still in charge and many other people have been arrested/killed for speaking out against the regime...
