  • Good afternoon ,I'm here to discuss the case of the two workers ,who received different out comes . Mr. Abrahams.
  • Let's hear ,what's it all about. Maybe we can get all our ground work together.
  • Represent employees during disciplinary procedures and also take him through the appeal process of the outcome of the disciplinary hearing.
  • Practising :
  • In terms of the LRA law the shop steward has the right to inform the employees of his rights to appeal on the case.
  • Scenario:
  • Here is all the grounds this worker has. I have a half of my day to do this and get to the bottom of this.
  • The case will betaken for further investigation with the union official.
  • Communication:
  • The shop steward is fighting now for employee (B)that lost his work and feel that the company is practicing unfair labour practices.
  • Mr.Abrahams we need to go through everything,i can not leave this worker without a job.
  • The shop steward will have time off to deal with this as an representative for the worker and the grounds of the scenario.
  • A shop steward must be an effective communicator to the staff when representing the issue at the labour court with the LRA-Laws.
