- I’m Nurse Hillary Garcia and I will be the one to assist you today. I’ll first get your vital signs. And may I ask, how are you feeling lately? What makes you visit us today?
- II. Identification Phase - proper professional assistance is given and the sense of belongingness is felt by the client. the nurse takes charge of the patient.

- III. Exploitation Phase - the professional assistance is finished and the patient feels like an integral part of the helping environment.
