- Friar Lawrence To know why Romeo was up so early, and why it seems he was not in bed last night Romeo admits he was not in bed but, talking with another girl, who was not Rosaline Romeo reveals that hes deeply in love with the daughter of Capulet, and begs Friar Lawrence to secretly marry the 2 of them After a bit of talking/arguing, Friar Lawrence agrees to marry the 2 of them
