- I mentioned to you that we are starting the process of exporting to the United States? and if we do well, we will continue with Canada, I am very excited about this goal, it is a very important step for the company and its recognition.
- Well, one of the areas where it should be implemented the most is the harvesting and production area, since it depends on how the raw material will be worked and this, of course, will give us advantages in terms of national and international marketing. In these areas we review the problems that may arise, such as when there is a shortage, and this process helps us to take actions months and even years before harvesting so that in this time there is no lack of raw material
- No, actually quite the opposite, it allows us to make evaluations of the processes at specific times, and in case the company is in a bad moment we can take efficiency actions and even with this we can significantly reduce the costs involved in the operations.
- I am very glad to hear that, but I have a question, what would be the advantages of this? wouldn't it bring more difficulties?
