Women in the American Revolution War

Some women stayed back in the towns and the cities and took care of their husbands' jobs, while their husbands were off in war. Some women would take over blacksmiths, market managers, and other jobs.
Other women dressed up like British soldiers and sneaked into their camps. Then They would spy on the British and return to the colonies. Once they would return, they would tell everything they learned about the British.
Some women even fought in the war. This helped the colonists win the wars because there was more soldier that fought in the wars.
