- CHAPTER:6. Yanek thought since the war was going on he wouldn't have a bar mitzvah. He thought everyone forgot but him. One night his father told him to let go and he didn't know until he was surprised with a secret bar mitzvah with his uncles Moshe and Abraham his cousin Dawid and 2 more familiar guys that he sooner realized were his dad's friends. and that night they celebrated.
- Chapter:9. Yanek was at the camo and he didn't know the full rules to it. Yanek Finds One of his family Uncle Moshe but one thing Yanek doesn't know he has to be quiet during the role call so Yanek on his first day after the deportation is almost killed due to the fact that he didn't know what to do at the camp.
- Chapter 14: A man was trying to fight back against the nazis and i didn't end well. a little boy was called out of all the roll call and was blamed that he knew the guy that tried to fight back was shot and hanged on sight.
