- This is a bad way of setting limit's. In this there are no limits to what the kid can and cannot do.

- This is a good way of setting limit's. The mom said no and stated her reason on why she didn't wan't her kid going and she stood her ground.
- Hey mom, can I go to the party tonight with Max?
- I would rather if you didn't just because I know what all goes on at parties since I was a kid once too and I want you to be safe.
- This is a good way of showing love. The mom apologized for taking out her anger and made sure her child knew that she was sorry and told her why she was in trouble.
- It's ok mom I understand. I'm sorry I kept asking you about it and wouldn't leave you alone about it.
- I'm sorry for taking out my anger on you earlier. There's just something's I do not wan't you doing because they are dangerous.
