The Storming of the Bastille
This is the first part of stage two. KIng Louis got the estates to come because he needed the estates to vote on if they wanted more or less taxes. He wanted kore taxes because France was bankrupt but the estates needed to decide too. This is also important because the third estate will then break off and then start the French Revolution.
The writing of the Declaration of the Rights of Man
This declaration will secure our equal rights. Themonarch, second, and third estate will not have more power than us.
This is the last part of the second stage and the start of the third stage of the French Revolution. This is where the third estate that is made up 98% of the French Revolution decided to make the National Assembly and take the Oath of the Tennis Court.
The National Assembly takes over the Goverment
The goverment now belongs to the National Assembly!
This is the fourth stage of the French Revolution. The third estate attacked the Bastille which was a large jail cell. They overtook the Bastille, freed the prisoners, and that marked the beginning of the revolution and France's independence day.
This is stage three of the French Revolution where the National Assembly writes about the principles of the revolution. The said that every man had the same rights of freedom and equality. That was what all of the third estate fought for.
