  • It all started when Edyn met Jake, they fell in love, got married, and decided it was time to conceive.
  • After about a month Edyn realized her period is late. She took a pregnancy test and you bet it came out positive! In 8 months Edyn will have baby.
  • Conception with Women:
  • A sperm cell from a fertile male swims up through the vagina and into the uterus. It joins with a woman's egg cell. In Edyn's case, she never got her period and so she suspected she was pregnant. If your period is usually late it might be harder to tell.
  • Conception with men:
  • The sperm goes into a female partners vagina. The sperm travels through her cervix and into her uterus until it matches with an egg cell. If it meets fertilization will occur. This process will only work if genes, hormone levels and environmental conditions are right.
