  • Top three ways to measure your health are weight, BMI, & certain body measurements. The importance of knowing your limits when doing physical activities are high. You need to know you limits just, so that you don't over do yourself. To measure your weight you need a scale & wear as little as possible clothing. You BMI is how much fat you are, the equation to find this is BMI = Weight/Height.^2. Then the way to find the you body measurements is by using a tape measure around your body.
