- I can give a choice for the worst case. We can use Euthanasia. Euthanasia is the practice of ending the life of a patient to limit their suffering. Please discuss it carefully. I will take my leave, please excuse me.

- Steven and Ada are arguing whether choose or not to choose Euthanasia but in the end, they agreed to choose Euthanasia because Steven doesn't want Ada to suffer anymore.
- They call the doctor to inform him that they agreed to using Euthanasia.
- Okay if you both agreed then we will proceed using Euthanasia.
- Steven talks to the Doctor while holding his wife's cremation urns.
- It's my job as a Doctor and I think it's the best possible option to not let her suffer from her incurable illness.
- Steven gave his last goodbyes in their lovely house full of memories together.
- I hope you are resting peacefully Ada, I will miss you and I will always love you.
