- She look at her piece of paper where there assignment written in it and she dictate it slowly.
- Show that the f(x)= I5xI has no inverse function. Argh! Come on! How i'm gonna show that the f(x)= I5xI has no inverse function?

- Michael cut Aika's words while staring to her piece of paper.
- It seems like you're hvaing a hard time answering your math assignment again...Miss Aika

- Always remeber, that the domain of a inverse function is the range of its original function as well as the range. In this given, you have a absolute value which means it has no inverse function. Because inverse function should be has an exponate of an odd number and not even or an absolute value.
- So, how it did not become a inverse fuction?
- Aika is sitting at the vacant chair while staring to the campus heartrob of their school, Michael. A topnotcher and a math wizard. While deeply daydreaming and staring to Michael's handsome face, she realize that she need to do her gen math assignment. She sigh in frustration because among of all her classmates she is the only one who is getting a lower score when they are having a quiz.

- Because if you graph the f(x)=I5xI it will look like a "V" shape and its vertex is located at the origin, means, the function fails the horizontal line test.
- While having a hard time thinking of how she will solve her assignment. A pair of shoes appear in front of her and she noticed that the owner of the pair of shoes is from Michael and an embarassing smile crept into Aika's face when she heard Michael's voice, because this is not the first time MIchael caught her having a hard time answering some of her activities or assignments.

- Therefore, if the f(x)=I5xI fails in horizontal line test it means there is no solution on it. It will just become a ONE TO ONE if and only if no horizontal line intersects the graph of the function at more than one point. So,if it is NOT one to one there is a possibility on the given x, is there will be more than one y and its conclude a not function.
- Aika raise her eyebrows while in confused then Michael sit in front of her with a vacant sit and start explaining about her asiignment.
