Jessica has just arrived home after having her first child! Her and her husband have chosen the name Jonah and were so excited to bring him to his forever home. She has started decorating a scrapbook to document monumental events in his childhood...and it all starts here.

Oh you must be one hungry boy
Goo-goo, ga-ga, goo-goo
This was Jonah's first day of speech! His first words were "goo-goo, ga-ga", which seemed to be a playful message that he was a little hungry.

Ma-ma, ma-ma
Oh my goodness! John come listen! Jonah just said "Mama"
This was a very monumental day for Jonah. He uttered his first complete word, and not to mention, it was "MAMA"!
Today was Jonah's first birthday celebration, but it also doubled as a new monument. Jonah babbled second basic first word , "cake".
Cake!
Oh my goodness Jonah. good job buddy.

After having learned about one word per day at home, Jonah's daycare heard him say his first two-word combination: "Play time".

Oh honey you are supposed to be in bed! What do you need?
Mama please milk
And then when he was three, as if it went by in the blink of an eye, Jonah was already asking for things and favors (just maybe not in the completely correct form).
