Hello! My name is Zebby the Zebra. I will be helping you understand Darwin's Theory of Evolution by natural selection of a zebra.
Overpopulation: Zebra's Zebra's everywhere! More Zebra's are being produced than the environment ca handle.
Hello guys! You guys are looking marvelous. We are different but alike.
Variation: Zebra's show variation in their appearance. Some can have black and white, some can have lighter or darker stipes and some can ever be lack or grey.
Adaptations: Zebra's adapt to their environment in order to survive. Zebra's have long, strong legs for running, strong teeth for breaking down tough grass. Zebra's also utilize their stripes to camouflaged themselves from predator's, like lions.
Natural selection: The Zebra's stripes are camoflage against predators like lions. Lions are colorblind so it makes them harder to see Zebra's, making it easier to survive.
I'm going to get you!
That's what natural selection is for zebra's and if you have any questions come to us (not the lions) and we will inform you.
