- Retrieve for me the Golden Fleece and the throne shall be yours.
- Jasons uncle Pelias stole the throne of Iolcus from Jason. King Pelias told Jason that if he could get the Golden Fleece from the land of Colchis. Jason decides to agree and set off on his journey.
- Jason brought together a group of skilled and mythical people to sail and help fight for his cause. They called themselves the Argonauts. The Gods helped him build his team and they helped along the way also.
- Jason and the Argonauts fought and experienced many trials and tribulations on the way to Colchis. They had many stops but most of the crew made it there alive.
- Jason gets to the city of Colchis where he meets the king. The king gives him three challenges in order to get the Golden Fleece with which he accepts.
- The gods help him by making the kings daughter, Madea fall in love with Jason. Madea makes a deal with him where she gets to marry him and he wins. He wins, takes the fleece, and heads home with his crew.
- The gods didn't like how Jason obtained the fleece so the punished him and his men by sending them to Cerce's island .
