In this scene Malala receives lots of messages from around the world. She is shocked by how far her messages have spread.
If we don't do something now, her face could be paralyzed forever.
In the next part of the scene Malala finds out that famous people like Beyoncé have mentioned her on Facebook and wished her well. Malala also finds out that Madonna even dedicated a song to her.
It seems as if her eardrum has busted. No wonder she can't hear.
In the last part of the scene Malala is told that over 200 journalists have tried to visit her in the hospital. While she was in the hospital, she felt lonely and worried and then she realized that everyone else was worried about her. Then she didn't feel so lonely.

In the first part of this scene the doctors are discussing Malala’s surgery. They say that if they do not do something now her face could be paralyzed forever.
Later on into the surgery they found that her eardrum has been shattered due to a bullet. They then come to a conclusion that she cannot hear because of her shattered eardrum.
In the last scene Malala is being finished up on her ear surgery. She is told to do facial exercises but finds that a tiny movement can be very difficult.
