- Senario: Your ILA teacher assigns your class 10 questions to answer individually before class tomorrow. Tommy and Chuckie decided to each do 5 questions and then swap answers that evening after they finish.
- During class the ILA teacher assigns ten questions for the class to finish before class tomorrow.
- Alright class I have passed out the ten questions you need to answer by yourself for class tomorrow. Its time for you to go to study hall!
- Tommy and Chuckie devise a plan to each do 5 questions, then share answers.
- Ok thats a good idea Chuckie.
- Hey Tommy! I think that we should do the questions together, you can do the first 5 and I will do the second 5!

- Would you consider this cheating? Why or why not?I would consider this cheating, This is because when the questions were first assigned, the students were told that they needed to do the questions by themselves, but they did not.Who is cheating in this scenario?Tommy and Chuckie are cheating.
- How did they cheat? Explain.Tommy and Chuckie cheated by working together and sharing answers. The teacher assigned the work individually, and they were not supposed to do it with partners. They also shared answers with goes along with what I first said, they were supposed to do all the work, not do half, and just write down the rest of the answers.How would you handle this situation if you were placed in it?If I was in this situation, I would have talked to Tommy and Chuckie before the class next day, and make sure thy know what they were doing was wrong. I would also ask them to tell the teacher what they did and ask for an extension. If they don't during class, I would tell her when we are talking in private.
