- In soccer, we pass the ball to eachorher and recieve it, but this shows the incorrect way to recive the ball.
- This shows the correct way to recieve the ball. You trap in either under your foot or inside your foot.
- The next step is to learn how to dribble. You use the top of your foot and slightly push.
- The next step is to dribble down the field and shoot the ball. You place your weak foot next to the ball and hit as hard as you can with the top of your dominant foot.
- If you come across a defender, DO NOT run into them.
- Instead use a move to get past them, such as a cut out which can be done by using the outside of your foot and using some force to push it to the side.
