- I would like to create a new patient record.
- Absolutely! There are two ways to do that. One is self registration via online portal and the other one is by medical representative at the backend,
- Could you please elaborate?
- Patient can go to online registration screen and enter all personal information needed and also select user id and password.
- What happens after that?
- User receives registration pending email.
- What to do when user receives registration pending email?
- User confirms in that email and when medical rep verifies the information, registration confirmation email is sent to the patient
- How about adding a patient through backend?
- Patient can be added through backend when patient verifies with user id and password through email.
- What do the patients have to do to change user id and password?
- They can change only password with password reset link sent in the email. User id remains the same.
