- Hatchet by Gary paulsen
- They were in a plane and the pilot started having a heart attack the co pilot was trying to save him while trying to steer the plane. The plane crashed and the co pilot tried to find the pilot but was not able to.
- The pilot swam to land and tried to find something that he would be able to eat and make fire with. and found some berrys and wood and tried to find a place to stay.
- He found a pond that had a cave but the cave was to tiny but he remembered this place so every-time he got thirsty he would come back to this place. he kept asking himself i wonder if people are looking for me or if people no that i am missing and that the plane crashed.
- He then found a cave that was big enough for him to fit in and other supplies. He started a fire and has a big pile of berry's on a big leaf.
- After weeks of being there finally the government heard of a news and sent people to were the plane crashed. they got the pilot and toke him home.
- When the pilot got home he was interviewed by lots of people and he was on the news. The first thing he did when he got home was eat his favorite foods that his parents made for him.
