- After finishing culinary school, Emilio asked master chef Goran Ramzi to work in his restaurant. Saying that it was always his dream to be trained under the best. So he could be one of the best too.

- After several years and gaining chef Goran, and his fellow workers respect Emilio became a successful sous chef in Chef Goran's kitchen. But still this wasn't enough for the young culinary.
- After years of hard work, Chef Emilio finally opens his first restaurant The Olympia. With the help of Chef Goran and social media, The Olympia was very successful on the first day.

- The Olympia was such a success it received two Michelin stars the highest honor a restaurant can receive. Chef Emilio than opened several restaurants across North America.
