- Sir you are under arrest for carrying a weapon in public.
- no sir I am allowed to. You're a cop, you should know the second amendment. "The right to carry bare arm." Which means I am allowed to be carrying this firearm. You're a cop you should know better
- So, Mr. Police officer. Why did you arrest Zack Tabacco
- Your honor i have the right to be carrying this firearm. This police officer should know the second amendment. "The right to bare arm." So all I am saying is that this officer is wrong.
- Zack here was carrying a firearm just out in the open in front of hundreds of people
- I mean he is right. the second amendment does give him the right to carry this firearm.

Also according to www.ruanetterneys.com it says, "Connecticut does not have a statute prohibiting open carry of a firearm in plain view as long as you have a valid permit. This shows that I am aloud to be carrying this firearm with a permit in this state. So all I am saying is I shouldn't be arrested.
- Yes your honor but he needs to have a permit to be allowed have the firearm. So Zack do you have a permit for this firearm?
