- After the Europeans arrive to Native American lands the Wampanoag group assumed they wanted war. The Wampanoag got all there weapons ready for an attack. The Europeans were also prepared for war. At this point in the story Massasoit was sick and didn’t have enough energy to fight but the Wampanoag thought they were going to make Massasoit happy by going into war .
- Massasoit didn’t want war, but he was too weak to talk. He thought it would be a good idea to conjoin both cultures and make one strong economy.
- After The Europeans and Native Americans came face to face you heard a loud but scrawny screech from a distance. It was Massasoit. That was Massasoit sign to say no.
- AHHHHHHHH
- Europeans got startled by the yell and attacked Massasoit. After the native Americans saw them attack ,then they started to attack the Europeans.
- After this battle it left more than half of each side dead. There were very few survivors on both sides. But the very few survivors thought it would be a good idea to come together as one.
- After this agreement they tried to understand each others cultures more. They were going to be with each other every day , and have to work together.
