Students wait in line and look at their phone or talk to their friends. They think of what they want to order. They feel impatient because the line is long, but they feel happy because they are going to get their coffee.
Students tell the worker what they would like and then give them their Topper Card to pay. The feel relieved that they can finally order their drinks or food. They are thinking what size to get, as well as how much this will be.
Students stand or go sit down to wait for their drink, and some even work on homework. They feel happy because they will have coffee in a few minutes, but they also feel annoyed that they spent that much money. They think I'm so thirsty , or where they should sit while waiting.
Students hear their name called and approach to get their drink or food and then to grab a straw and return to their homework, friends, or to leave. They feel satisfied because they got their drink. They think about how quickly the whole process was, and how delicious their drink looks.
