- Margot and Mrs.Frank hear a knock in the door. Mrs.Frank is nervous and Margot try to calm her thinking is Miep.

- Margot tells her dad that Miep has returned (thinking it's actually Miep). Her dad goes to open the door for her.
- Margot: It's Miep. Father?
- Mr. Frank goes to open the door to " Miep" while asking people to bring their list of things they want.
- Thank you, Margot.Has everyone his list?
- I'll get my books. (giving her mother a list) here's your list.
- Yes. Father's gone down to let her in.
- Margot goes to get her books and on the way she finds Mr. Van Daan , where she tells him that Miep has come
- At last I'll have some cigarettes!
- Mr. Frank opens the door and it turns out it wasn't Miep, it was Mr. Kraler. everyone is surprised.
- How are you, Mr. Kraler?
- Mr.Kraler!
- This is a surprise.
- Not tonigth.
- It turns out that all this time it wasn't Miep.
- Miep is coming?
- When Mr. Kraler comes, the sun begins to shine.
