- Time
- The Shadowbenders live on a large Lion Turtle called the Shadow Domain. They are very reclusive and don't interact much with the mainland. The first Shadowbenders were the duskfoxes.
- Space
- The Lightbenders live at the equator, and call their land Lightshire. They build huge temples where they can preform light rituals. The first Lightbenders were the pheonixes.
- Gravity
- The Timebenders live in a colossal city called the Time Metropolis. They enjoy entertainment, and with timebending they can do some impressive acrobatics. The first timebenders were the silver deer.
- Spirit
- The Spacebenders live in the desert and live in small villages called Night Oases. They are soothsayers and most of there culture is through dance. They were the first Spacebenders.
- The Gravitybenders live in a cold, mountainous environment they call Pull's Notch. They are very dedicated and refuse to get distracted from anything. They can build gra=eat cities in days, using there bending to lift beams and bricks. The first Gravitybenders were the horses.
- The Spiritbenders live on several islands, all attached to the biggest one, a lion turtle. They travel around the the ocean, meandering and exploring along the way. The first spiritbenders were the floating Orb Jellyfish, which are now extinct.
