  • At the trade union office
  • We need to prepare for a possible strike because we are not being heard. we will hold a ballot to vote for the strike
  • We want to be heard and I think a strike is going to push them to listen.
  • At the trade union office
  • I'll inform the management and the employer and request a meeting with them.
  • At the employer's office
  • The workers are preparing for a strike. I think it is time to time.
  • They will not actually do it they have work to do.
  • As a result of the employer being given multiple chances to communicate and explain matters to the employees. The trade union had to prepare for a possible strike. The trade union organizer held a ballot so members can vote on whether to go on strike or not.
  • At the bargaining meeting
  • Everything will work out once we work out the budget
  • A majority of the workers were tired of not being heard and wanted to get the employer to pay attention to their needs and make serious changes. Almost all the workers voted for the strike to happen.
  • At the trade union office
  • The meeting is in 2 days. We will have all our demands met?
  • The trade union organizer sent a formal letter and email to the management and the employer informing them of them about the strike that might take place in a month.
  • Outside the office building
  • The trade union organizer held a bargaining meeting with the employer and the management before the 30 days to show seriousness so the worker's demands can be met. The workers were still not satisfied with the answers and explanations given by the employer and management.
  • We have heard that before we do not want promises anymore we want practicality.
  • The union together with it's representatives started preparing for the strike because the employer was not committed in making an appropriate settlement.
  • The workers all stood united and went on strike and immediately got the employer's attention. While the workers were on strike the employer and the management were busy looking for a solution that would be suitable for everyone.
