- Scenerio
- Mike : Yeah sure but I will just be back in a few, you start working on it.
- John : Mike let's work on this presentation and ace it !
- Problem
- Mike : Sure but I just need to visit the hospital for my checkup, i will do it once i come back
- John : Mike can you please do some work on the presentation?
- Solution
- John and Mike are to make a presentation about their company. John did presentation while Mike was just fooling around. On the day of the presentation, John explained their idea without the help of presentation while Mike stared at the presentation. Even after not doing any work, Mike and John got the same appreciation for the presentation.
- Solution
- Boss : What happened John ?
- - The problem is that John did all the work while Mike fooled around. - John had to work overtime to finish this presentation while Mike made excuses and left the company early- John got the same appreciation as Mike did which was not fair.
- Solution
- Boss : We have come to a conclusion that Mike will be punished for not cooperating with his colleague

- - John can complain the supervisor about Mike not doing any work so that Boss can take action against Mike and make him understand the meaning of team work.
- John : Sir, Mike has not done any work but he still wants the credit. How is that fair?
- - Mike was punished for not co operating with John and Mike apologized for his behavior and promised that we would do better now onwards.
- John : Thank you so much sir, I hope Mike will do better next time !
- Mike : I am sorry about this, Sir I will do my best from next time.
