  • The First Nation living
  • The First Nations lived in teepees they thought that they didn't own the land they lived on. They thought that the great spirit owned the land and they were just using it.
  • The Metis living
  • The Metis were very different then the First Nations they lived in house that the new settles would build they thought that if you buy the land then you own it and you can do whatever you please with it.
  • The First Nation hunting
  • The First Nations hunted by killing an animals and using as much as possible because they said that they wanted to use all resources that the good spirits gave them. They also thought that they should let all animals be free and not be keeped in.
  • The Metis hunting
  • The First Nation clothing
  • The Metis clothing
  • The Metis put a fence up to keep livestock in and wild animals and people out. When Metis would hunt they would kill animal and only use some of it well the First Nations would use all.
  • The First Nation clothes were very different the the Metis because after the First Nation would hunt the animals for food they would use the skin to make their clothing
  • The type of clothing that the Metis were new and the women would wear new dresses well the men dressed in tyres and new clothing
