- Mr. Rogers's Neighborhood is a well-liked TV show for Children whose aim is to help their physical and emotional well-being. One of the most talked about visits was with one small little boy in an electric wheelchair, where Mr. Rogers and he talked openly and honestly about it to spread awareness about disabilities.

- I believe this spreads awareness properly for many reasons, including that it is on TV for many to watch and think about what others can go through, and how others learn to love with disadvantages that they could or could not be born with.

- Other people can be put at an advantage while others can be at a disadvantage, whether that’s skin color or a disability. Whites were put up higher in a social class and got better jobs because of it while blacks were deemed as disadvantaged, almost like the little boy in the wheelchair talking about what he has gone through.
