- Odysseus's men had landed at the land of the Ciconesn He ordered his men to get on the ship but they refused and the Cicones gathered people to revolt against him and his men.
- They left the town and while they were at sea they got caught in a storm that pushed them to land.
- They landed at the land of Lotus Eaters and they ate the fruit which made them forget about their homes and their cares. Ody had to drag them off the island and back to the boat.
- They are back at sea they see land and they go and discover what is on the island. They see a cave and decide to go inside.
- When in the cave they found a cyclope who trapped them in and they thought of a plan to stab him in the eye to get out of the cave with his sheep while he could not see.
- While the cyclops was not able to see the men got out of the cave after the big dude opened the cave and they went under the sheep and got out. After Ody told the cyclops his name and address. The cyclops told his dad a God to curse him and make his trip home long and hard.
