- In this opportunity, I will convey the summaries from the first material untill the last material of our 2nd English Course
- Hello Everyone !!!My name is Qothrun Nadayou can call me NadaI come from 2A / Diploma of Nursing
- Okay, for the First material about Modern Nursing.As Modern Nurses, we dont just treat patiens, but there many things that we must have and attention it, there are :1. We must have a knowladge. why ? Because knowladge is the basis of all actions. 2. Besides a knowladge, we must also have a skill. and the skill always be improved.3. How to improve it? We can improve from many experiences that making our skills to be honed and become adaptation.4. Adaptation is the key really. As well as competence.5. Then, there are things that must be built in a nurse, namely caring, loving, good relationship, being a patient advocate, and also being able to understand patient well.And have to remember that the best part of being nursing is constanly learning.
- So, the Second about Hospital Team.When we work, we really needs a team, especially in the hospital. It is impossible for us as nurses to work without a team. Who are the team at the hospital? The examplle they are doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists, chefs, untill cleaning service. The example function of the hospital team is when we needs various kinds of assistance in the from of actions to patients. And at the time, we must also have good communication with our team.
- The Fourth material about Reporting (A Dialogue to Doctor)There are many steps that must be considered to communicate or report something about the patient to the doctor. There are :1. Introduction : We have to introduce our self and the patient. Like mention our name, unit and patient's name, patient's room etc.2. Give a Brief Medical History3. Situation4. Background5. Assessment6. Recomendation
- The Third material about PAIN.When our patient conveys his pain, before we process to the next action, we must ensure to the patient "Where the location of the pain is felt, How the pai feels, and How sharp the pain by exactly". After that e can report it to the doctor.
- The Fifth Material about Therapeutic CommunicationTherapeutic Comunication is the process by which nurse help petient in better understanding thourgh in verbal or nonverbal communication. The Purpose is to encourage patients to express feelings and ideas.
- The Sixth matrial about Components of a Therapeutic RelationshipThere 5 Components of the therapeutic between Nurse and Client relationship, there are : Professional Intimacy, Power, Emphaty, Respect, and Trust.
- The Last material about Nursing Documentation.Nursing Documentation is Evidence of recording and reporting that Nurse have in carrying out useful records for the benefit of clients, nurse, and healthy team in providing health service.
