- Lilith, I wanted to talk with you about your test scores. You have been doing well on your homework assignments but your assessments have not reflected that. I want to hear if you have anything to say about that.
- I know that I have not been doing well lately, and this is because I did not get to study for the last two assessments. I promise to prepare better next time
- Ms. Harris called Lilith's parents to meet and discuss Lilith's low assessment scores. Lilith's father came to the meeting. Ms. Harris started by telling Mr. Murphy that Lilith is respectful and that she participates well in class.
- Hello Mr. MurphyThanks for coming in today to discuss Lilith's progress in English.

- I recommend that Lilith attend the after school support session in English. You will be updated regarding her progress through a weekly track sheet.
- Ms. Harris provided Mr. Murphy with all the data regarding Lilith's assessments. She also provided a solution and detailed plan for growth. Mr. Murphy was supportive and listened carefully. Ms. Harris and Mr. Murphy agreed to talk to Lilith and discuss the results of the meeting.
