Hi. I'm Flick Laine and I'm a detective in the Denver Police Department.
Hi. My name's Jack Daly. I'm a doctor and work at the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver.
Jack: I want to talk to you about something, how about coffee?Flick: Sure.Jack: Friday, eleven o'clock at the Black Cat coffee shop on Broadway?Flick: Ok.
Jack Daly is dead. He died in his office downtown. Detective Danny Reno's there now. He thinks Daly killed himself.
On Saturday, Party at Judy Kaplan's house.
The next Monday, Jack Daly phoned Flick Laine.
On Wednesday, Judy's boss called her into his office.
Reno handed me a letter and I read it, "You are never forget Jeff Baker." It was confirmed that Jack Daly was killed. He killed the gun that belonged to Daly, shot the doctor, cleaned the gun and put it into the dead man's hand. This triggered too many questions. The investigation did not move forward until September, when the answers began to come in.
You are never going to forget Jeff Baker!
It was nine o'clock, Flick Line drove to Daly's office on Sherman.
Daly's office on Sherman.
The gun is in his right hund but in Judy's party Jack had a glass in his left hand. I only met him once. But I didn't think that he killed himself.
