  • What is responsibility? Responsibility is doing what you're told to do and persevering and not giving up. It is always doing your best and being disciplined. To think before you act and having self-control as well as being accountable for your actions and choices. It is the ability to act independently and make decisions with out being told first.

  • The connection
  • These two scenarios are connected by how Bill is responsible on his own. He does his shores and acts of kindness without being told to.
  • Bill and his mom and dad are on a hiking trip. Off to the side he notices there is a lot of trash on the walk way. At first he walks past it without thinking anything of it, but quickly turns around to pick up the trash and throw it away in the trash can. His parents then realize what he has done and are proud of Bill being very responsible in the community around him.
  • In conclusion...
  • In conclusion, responsibility can be shown many different ways. Through helping the environment and doing chores around the house. Having responsibility is important in life because it shows that you are considerate and care about others and the world around you.
  • At home Bill sometimes doesn't want to do his chores. he likes to play video games over doing chores. Today, his mom asked him to clean his room but he wants to play video games instead. As he continues he thinks about what would happen if he didn't do his chores; the loss of video games. So, BIll does his chores.
  • I should probably do my chores before I lose my video game privileges.
