- *cough cough cough cough*
- 👀 😏
- ok, sure.
- Here, you should drink more! Its really good
- Montressor sees Fortunato and realizes he is already drunk. Montressor asks him if he would like to come down to his palazzo.
- What is going on? Is this some sort of joke?!?!
- HELP! HELP!
- You can scream for help all you want, no one is going to hear you.
- Fortunato agrees and comes with Montressor into the palazzo. Fortunato had a cough and was struggling to breathe. However, he did not think anything of it.
- Help! *cough cough* Hel- ...........
- Fortunato? Fortunato!?
- Montressor gave Fortunato more and more drinks as they continued walking through the palazzo. Fortunato got even drunker than he was before. When they stopped walking they were in front of a room.
- ugh!!! 😡
- Montressor then traps Fortunato into a cell. Now Realizing what Montressor was trying to do, Fortunato tried to scream for help. However no one could hear him.
- Fortunatos cough got so bad because of all the mold in the palazzo, he stopped trying to scream for help and all of a sudden, stopped responding to Montressor in general. He had died.
- Montressor was angry because that was not part of the plan. He had wanted Fortunato to suffer for days. However, instead, he died almost instantly.
