- Oh yeah! It's all coming back to me now! I remember learning about UC rays at school!!
- Wait what?? I forgot what they are again. What are UV rays??
- They're Ultraviolet rays. They come from the sun and cause sunburns and tans.
- How do you know when the rays are out? Can they kill meeeeeee????!!!!
- Silly boy! They can't kill you as long as your SUN SAFE! That's what the UV Scale is for. It tells us on a scale from 1-11 how strong the rays are
- I don't wanna dieeee! How do I stay sun safe?
- Always remember the rules of sun safety. One rule is to try not to go outside from 10-2, when the UV rays are strongest
- I once heard my mom say that i should always wear a hat and maybe sunglasses if it is really sunny outside to protect me.
