- Tragic accident: We are called to a AV. Patria y 9 de Diciiembre for an accident motoring.
- Secure the scene
- We transported an ambulance to the scene
- Two vehicles involved the first is a Mazda with three passengers and the second vehicle had four passengers.
- If you can hear me and you can move, walk to that place with the green fabric.
- Two patient’s yellow tag: Because Patient´s don’t walk Spontaneous breathing <25 cpmPerfusion <2 secondsMental status can do or follow simple command.
- In the accident there are seven patients injured.
- Three patient’s red tag:
- Treatment: Immobilize the leg.Perform a tourniquet. Administer analgesia for pain.Administer oxygen with simple mask.

- Girl of 19 years old whit exposed femur fracture: Don’t walk Patient´s breathing whit head tilt chin lift and over 30 cpm.Patient´s don’t radial pulse and capillary refill >2 seconds.Patient’s can´t do or follow simple command.
- One patient green tag: Because Patient can walk Patient whit normal breathing 12 cpm Pulse <2 seconds capillary refill Normal mental status
