- Kathe's Birthday Party
- Thanks for the Phone Guys! I can't believe I'm 14 today!
- HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATHE!!!
- Back at home...
- Done....!
- KATHE you are 14 not 17?
- Back at home...
- It's Kathe's Birthday and her family have brought her a new Phone. She can't wait to make a Facebook page !
- The meeting...
- I can't wait to see him. He seems so kind. He is the same age as me!
- At home, kathe creates a Facebook account and says that she is 17 years old.
- The meeting...
- Wait! I've been receiving messages whilst he is on the Phone. Is he...?
- Kathe uploads all her favourite pictures onto her Facebook page. She gets many likes. She uploads pictures she wouldn't dare show her mum and dad. She receives a message.
- The Moral...
- DELETE... maybe when I'm 18 I'll download this again. STAY SAFE!
- Kathe got a message telling her to come to the Café close to her house. She accepted the invite and waited at the nearest table to the exit. Remember the stranger danger.
- She waited for more than half an hour and the person she expected didn't arrive. There was only and old man on his phone. Kathe then realised that who is on one side of the phone isn't always who you think then are.
- The Moral of this story is that the set age for these apps like Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook is because when you are the certain age you should understand what to do if something happens to you, like in this situation... YOU CAN STAY SAFE ONLINE. When KATHE went home she deleted the app from her phone after signing out.
