- This scene showcases The King, Theseus and The Queen, Hippolyta excited for their wedding coming up when Egeus calls for them.
- THESEUS!!!!!!!
- Uhmmm..... my liege?
- Only 4 days left until our marriages my love.
- We shall wait for those 4 days then.
- Lysander is the true person I love
- In the next scene, It's Egeus, the father of Hermia, telling the King to persuade Hermia to marry Demetrius and not Lysander and if she refuses to execute her.
- My daughter won't" marry the man I bring to her! Persuade her or kill her
- Why disobey your father Hermia, I think Demetrius is a fine young gentleman.
- Lysander is the only person I will marry, and what if I refuse to marry Demetrius?
- Demetrius is manipulating Egeus for him to marry her!!
- If you refuse you will die or become a nun and never see a man again you must decide when the next moon arises.
- In the last and final scene, It's Hermia sobbing to the King and explaining how Lysander is the only man she loved and wants to refuse Demetrius which the King explains if she does not marry Demetrius.
