That sounds interesting, tell us more....
WORD ON THE STREET
Slide: 3
We propose creating and testing a Student Advisory Board where scholars and patrons can regularly share their detailed insight and feedback (at least 3 times a year), to inform improvements in the quality of our product.
That sounds like a great idea, tell us how you intend to run it.

We have proposed 3- step SAB structure. It is explained below-let me know what you think
Alright! I am excited to note down my thoughts as you share the proposed structure! Taking notes helps me understand better!
Slide: 5
Leadership Structure
The leadership structure will span across the School, CU, and national levels. Our primary aim in scaling up the SAB is to ensure that costs remain minimal and manageable. We'll share the selection criteria for SAB members with all scholars. Nominations and elections will begin at the start of the term, around the second or third week.School level-6 representatives in each schoolCU level- 3 representatives from each schoolNational level-1 representative per CU
Slide: 6
School level: School meetings will take place twice per term. In the first meeting, we will set the expectations for the SAB with the scholars. Questions from the Impact Unit team will be gathered during this initial session and answered by the scholars in the following meeting. In meeting 2 scholars/patrons will compile questions they may have for the different departments. This process will inform our program improvements for the next cycle.

CU level: CU meetings will convene three times a year, occurring at the end of each term. During these meetings, all compiled answers and questions from the school level will be addressed. Following the conclusion of each term's CU gathering, mentors will gather the data and questions, presenting them to the respective departments for integration into team processes. In Term 1, student representatives' questions and inquiries will be addressed and shared during the Term 2 CU meeting. Questions from Terms 2 and 3 will be handled at the national level.
At the CU level, schools will nominate an Educate! Student Leader to represent their perspectives at the national level. Additionally, a Student Secretary will be nominated to compile meeting minutes at every gathering

NationalsThe National SAB will convene annually to consolidate all the information gathered throughout term 2 and 3 at CU level. This gathering will prioritize an overarching perspective on the term and the program. Educate! Student Leaders will engage with department heads to present their findings and seek responses to their inquiries."

Alright Mentors! That marks the end of our SAB structure. Below are some notes explaining it in detail! Please share with us your feedback- it is important that we hear from you.
