- For people to see aGradwitz and a Znaem walking together and shopping together is impossible tohappen. Ulrich and Znaem agree that they waste their life in a dispute and afeud over a piece of land that in which trees in it cannot even stand still inthe face of wind. They decide to become friends and forget about their feud.Ulrich and Georg try to move, but they can’t! They are completely trapped underthe huge tree branch. They decide to wait for their men to come and set them free.
- Georg and Ulrich start to think about what is going to happen if they reconcile and make peace.People in their town will be shocked as the two men have this feud for years.
- They wait and wait for a long time, but no one came to help them. They decide to waste the time by chatting and laughing while drinking from the wine flask. After waitingfor a long time, all of a sudden, they hear noise and sounds and saw blurryfigures at a distance away from them. Then, they start calling for help. Aftercalling for help, they can hear the sounds coming closer. They started tocelebrate as the sounds are getting closer and closer. Then, all of a sudden,they realize that the sounds and figures are for animal figures, not humanfigures. It turns out that these animal figures are wolves!!
- Ulrich startsto shout hysterically and asks Znaem about what to do. Znaem tells him to tryto reach for the rifle lying next to him. As Ulrich tries to reach for therifle, the wolves get closer and closer. Znaem reach for a big rock and throwsit at the wolves’ direction to prevent them from coming. The rock does not workand stop the wolves. Ulrich then reaches for his rifle and shoots one of thewolves. Then they all run away and suddenly Georg saw his men running towardthem. And Georg’s men helped Ulrich and Georg. They became good friends afterthat, and they both went to court for Ulrich to give Georg half the land thathe owns. So, they and their families became best friends and everyone is happywith their lives.
