  • Tensions Between the Colonists and Britain By: Brynn Marmor
  • The Quartering Act
  • The Stamp Act
  • British soldiers went door to door  gathering unfair taxes. In other words taxation without representation.
  • The Boston Massacre
  • The quartering act was when colonists were forced to allow soldiers live in their homes. Colonists had to pay for the army they didn't want. Many colonists treated the soldiers badly.
  • The Boston Tea Party
  • The stamp act was when the colonists had to pay taxes for any type of paper.
  • The Intolerable Acts
  • The Boston Massacre was a fight that the British shot with their guns and the colonists with rocks, snowballs, and ice. The colonists and soldiers never got along.  The colonists and soldiers bullied each other.  Colonists where killed or wounded for no reason. 
  • The Boston Tea Party was when colonists were dressed as indians. The colonists through the tea overboard in a way of protesting. All of the tea that was thrown overboard was taxed way more than it should be.
  • Soldiers were bullied by many colonists. They were also injured very badly by colonists.
