- OK..OK HOLDD UP! HOW DO YOU KNOW WHETHER OR NOT THE HEADSCARF IS A THREAT. HAVE YOU HEARD WHAT THE PEOPLE WEARING IT ARE DOING IT FOR!
- Theirs been a ton of stigma around the hijab from the western world and everyone is concerned on whether it is something that is oppressed onto women.
- Ohh so does this have to do with culture misrepresenting the actual religion?
- First off, i'd like to say personally im not oppressed to wear it, I wear it on my free will, however their is a small population of women who are indeed forced to wear the hijab even though forcing women to wear anything is completely AGAINST Islam.

- Just because you don't understand it doesn't make it oppressive.
- Try having an open mind before jumping to conclusions about another society.
