  • I've come up with three plans...
  • President Washington was inagurated on April 30, 1789. He was the first president of the Untied States.
  • Whiskey Rebellion
  • BURN!!!
  • The U.S. owed the federal government $52 million, and weren't making enough to pay it off.
  • Problems in NW Territory
  • You said you'd leave. It's been ten years!
  • Washington told Alexander Hamilton to come up with a plan because he was Secretary of Treasury. Hamilton came up with three plans, pay back all state debt, create a national bank, and place high tarrifs on imported goods
  • French Revolution
  • We need to make this a fair class system
  • A group of farmers burnt down a tax collectors house after taxes were placed on whiskey. This caused Washington to send the military over to show Americans that armed rebellion was not exceptable. 
  • British promised to leave the land in a reasonable time. A decade later they were still there. The U.S. tried to force Native Americans off their lands so that they could sell it. The Native Americans refused to sell, and attacked.
  • The French Revolution focused on destroying and unfair class system
  • I agree sir, we need to destroy this unfair system.
